I have always loved birth and everything that surrounds it. There's something so special about the season of welcoming a baby, and I've always been drawn to supporting people through such a big, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming life change.
After many years working in healthcare, I knew I wanted to spend my days walking alongside families during pregnancy, birth, and those tender first weeks at home. I'm completing my Washington State-approved doula training this fall, and I can't wait to support your family.
My husband and I have been on our own journey with infertility for more than five years. It has taught me so much about hope, patience, and how deeply personal the road to parenthood can be. Whether your pregnancy came easily, after a long wait, or through a path that looked different than you expected, I understand how much this moment means. I'll meet you with compassion and without judgment, wherever you are.
I'm originally from upstate New York, but Washington is home now and I love it here. When I'm not supporting families, you'll find me hiking and exploring outdoors with my husband and our dog, or spending time with my nephews, who I adore.
I also love to crochet, and I create handmade keepsakes for the families I work with. It's my way of giving you something to hold onto from this season long after the newborn days pass.
I'd love to hear about you, your pregnancy, and what kind of support would help you feel your best. Consultations are always free.
