During pregnancy: A free consultation, two prenatal visits in your home to plan for birth and practice comfort techniques, text and phone support, and 24/7 on-call support from 37 weeks.

During labor and birth: Continuous support, comfort measures like massage and counter pressure, help understanding your options, and support for your partner.

After your baby arrives: One to two hours of help with first feeding and bonding, a postpartum visit, and text and phone support until 6 weeks postpartum.

Everything in Birth Support, plus:

• 20 hours of daytime postpartum care to use in the first 12 weeks, for rest, feeding support, newborn care, meals, and light housekeeping.
• A handmade Abel & Stitch keepsake for your little one, like a lovey, hat, or small blanket.

• Daytime: $32/hour (3-hour minimum per visit)
• Overnight: $38/hour, so you can get some sleep
• 20+ hours booked together: $30/hour daytime

Support can include newborn care, feeding help, emotional support, meal prep, light housekeeping, sibling care, and time for you to shower, nap, or just breathe.

Before birth: Three video sessions for birth planning, comfort techniques, and partner coaching, plus a personalized birth plan.

After birth: A video postpartum check-in to talk through your birth and answer newborn questions.

Text support from signing until 2 weeks postpartum.
